Specialists in estate planning and estates
Bertollo Advisory is a unique boutique legal practice that offers high quality advice in sophisticated estate planning and estates. We specialise in estate planning legal work and estates, with a particular skill set for complex matters (eg testamentary trust wills etc). Most of our work is referrals from accountants, lawyers and financial planners (including ‘top tier’ referrers), as well as word-of-mouth.
Our client base covers a very broad spectrum. We mainly act for business owners or people with complex arrangements (eg trusts; SMSFs), estate planning issues (eg blended families; vulnerable children) or potential multi-generational issues (eg children working in a business). We prefer to work closely with a client’s other professional advisers (eg accountants; lawyers; financial planners; etc).
By specialising in estate planning and estates, we do not perform work in other areas of law. However, for clients with further legal needs, we are able to draw upon our extensive network of contacts to assist our clients.
Our goal is to continually enhance our reputation as a specialist boutique estate planning practice. Our strong client base and adviser referral base are both testimony to the strength and reputation of our practice.
Our focus is building a long-term relationship with our clients and their advisers. This allows us to develop a deep understanding of our clients, thereby ensuring a more organic and robust estate plan and providing peace-of-mind for our clients.
We operate with a focus on efficiency, so that work is completed in a practical, timely and professional manner. We seek, and welcome, feedback from clients and their advisers, so as to help ensure our processes remain client-friendly and efficient.
By being a boutique practice, it helps ensure that client information is maintained on a highly and strictly confidential basis.
